How to Register for a WIB Event

The easiest way to register for a WIB event is through our online system. Some of our events will only take registration via our online system. To register online you must use a credit card. If you have not already set up your online account (MyWIB), you will need to do that first. You will need to have your own individual email address in order to register online (our system does not allow for duplicate email addresses). Click here to establish a MyWIB account or to Register Online. Complimentary webinars offered by WIB Service Corporation require online registration but do not require a credit card.

Can I register others in my organization online?

Yes. Anyone may register another person from the same organization. If you are completing registrations for others in your bank, you may do a registration online for each of your colleagues after logging into your MyWIB online account. You must pay for all registrations by credit card. Once in your account you may choose the event you wish to register your colleagues for and choose “Register Someone Else.”

Can I pay by check?

You may register for our Conferences. Forums and Workshops via check. Our webinars, Peer Exchange Conference calls and other select events are only available for registration online using a credit card. If you want to pay by check, go to the event home page of the event you are interested in and look for the "Print & Mail Registration" button. This will allow you to print a registration form, fill it out and mail it in with a check made out to WIB. Note: your registration does not become official and a confirmation will not be received until your check payment has been received.

Can I use WIB Service Corporation Dividend Rewards?

Yes. If you are registering online and would like to use your Dividend Rewards, please indicate so at the end of the registration process. You will need to pay for your registration in full via credit card. We will then send you a rebate check for the amount of your Dividend Rewards applied to this registration. If you are registering and sending a check by mail, you may deduct the amount of your Dividend Rewards at the time of registration.

Can I use my Season Pass for Learning?

Yes. If your bank has purchased a Season Pass for Learning (this is for banks only), you can register online. Please check the box that indicates you plan to purchase a Season Pass at the end of the registration process. Can I make any cancellations, additions or changes to my registration online after the fact?

No, you may not cancel or make changes or additions to your registration using the MyWIB system. You must contact WIB at (415) 352-2323 or email education@wib.org to make any additions, deletions or cancellations.
