Schedule
| 8:30-9:00 am | Registration & Continental Breakfast |
| 9:00 am-Noon | Leading Through Change Leaders in many industries today are facing challenges that haven’t occurred in nearly 25 years. As a result, managers must execute a balance between tactical and behavioral leadership. While it is critical to have a solid knowledge of the balance sheet and what impacts it, now more than ever, leaders must be able to empower, inspire and enroll employees into a common vision. At the end of the day, the company is banking on the success of its leaders. In this session we will: identify the top four most critical mistakes leaders make when times get tough; reveal the top five things employees desire from a leader in times of change and learn to implement the eight keys to leading in tough times. |
| Noon-1:00 pm | Lunch with Peer Sharing |
| 1:00-4:00 pm | Coaching – A Critical
Component to Talent Development Coaching isn’t just for employees that aren’t performing well – it’s beneficial to everyone, including your current and future top performers. Building on an employee’s confidence, success and accomplishments will continue to take him or her to the next level. This session walks you through what it takes to develop coaching in your bank – or if you already have a program – how to take it to the next level. |
| 4:00 pm | Workshop concludes |
