How to Register for a WIB Event

To register online you must use a credit card. To pay by credit card, you must set up your online account (MyWIB). If you already have a MyWIB account, you may log in and choose "Events." Click here to see if you already have a MyWIB account so that you may register online. You will need to have your own individual email address in order to register online (our system does not allow for duplicate email addresses).

Choose the event you want to attend from our list of events on the Calendar and choose the "Register" button located on the event home page.

Can I register others in my bank online?

Yes. If you are completing registrations for others in your bank, you may do a registration online for each of your colleagues after logging into your MyWIB online account. You must pay for all registrations by credit card. Once in your account you may choose the event you wish to register your colleagues for and choose “Register Someone Else.” You MUST choose this option otherwise you will be registering yourself instead. Their registrations will show up in both your online account and in each of their online accounts.

Can I pay by check instead of registering online?

Yes for all events except our webinars. If you want to pay by check, choose the "Register by Mail" option to print the registration form, fill it out and send in with a check. You may also fax your registration to (415) 352-2314 with check to follow by mail. Please note: when registering by check, your registration will not be complete until the check has been received by WIB. You will receive confirmation of your registration after receipt of the check.

If you would like your registration processed more quickly, we recommend registering online.

Can I use WIB Service Corporation Dividend Rewards to register for an event?

Yes. If you are registering online and would like to use your Dividend Rewards, please indicate so during the online registration process. If you are registering and sending a check by mail, please check the box "Dividend Rewards" and the amount you wish to apply. You may deduct the amount of your Dividend Rewards at the time of registration.

Can I use my Season Pass for Learning to register for an event?

Yes. If you have purchased a Season Pass for Learning, you can register online and choose "Season Pass Registration." If you are registering by mail, you may choose "Season Pass" on the registration form.

Can I make any cancellations, additions or changes to my registration online?

No, you may not cancel or make changes or additions to your registration using the MyWIB system. You must contact WIB at (415) 352-2323 or email education@wib.org to make any additions, deletions or cancellations. This includes changes to your registration, addition of optional activities or cancellations.
