Registration fee minus $75 processing fee will be refunded if cancellation is
received by May 13, 2009. 50% refund from May 14 to May 21. No refunds after May
21, 2009. Substitutions welcomed. We are not responsible for airfare penalties
incurred due to the cancellation of this program.

The hotel is convenient to both San Francisco (SFO) and
Oakland (OAK) International Airports. Both have public transportation available to downtown San Francisco.
