The Examination Findings are In – How Do You Proceed?
September 28, 2009
Foster Pepper PLLC (Office)
Seattle
Co-sponsored with Foster Pepper and Community Bankers of
Washington
Held in conjunction with the CBW Annual Conference
You’ll be led in a facilitated session where you will play the role of a board member of a bank that has just been issued its regulatory examination report. The results are not favorable and the examiners are recommending regulatory actions. What role and/or responsibilities does the board have once the report has been issued? How do you know if the findings are warranted? What types of reviews can or would you do? Do you accept the findings or do you challenge them and how do you present your case? You will have the opportunity to interact with other members of board as we determine how best to respond to the issues presented.
