About the Presenter

Ann Brode, Brode Consulting Services

Ann Brode began her banking career in 1973 and has continued her service to regional and community banks through a wide range of areas including strategic planning, lending, deposits, marketing, training, and management; both as a banker and as a consultant. Ann is a well-respected presenter and has spoken to banking audiences across the country for over 20 years and regularly speaks at banking conventions. She has presented sessions for numerous state associations, ABA, BAI, ICBA, and has taught at the School of Banking Administration at the University of Wisconsin and numerous state banking schools. She is the author of The Bank Deposit Documentation Manual for Front-Line Personnel, published by Bankers Publishing Company and is well published in numerous banking publications.

Cancellation Policy: Registration fees minus $75 processing fee will be refunded if cancellation is received by July 20. No refund if cancellation is received after July 20. Substitutions welcomed. We are not responsible for airfare penalties incurred due to the cancellation of this program.

Continuing Education: Up to 5 hours may be available for each day.
