With the June 30 revisions and expansion of BSA & AML examination procedures, guidance on these changes is exceptionally critical to a bank's best business practices and regulatory compliance. This one-day workshop will enable bankers to update their policies and procedures to comply with new laws and regulations. Hear directly from a panel of regulators about the Bank Secrecy Act, compliance hot topics and the Community Reinvestment Act.

Upon Completion Participants Will:

  • Understand new interagency BSA & AML examination procedures
  • Assess risks, meet documentation requirements and effectively monitor/report on suspicious activities
  • Control risks associated with BSA & AML
  • Identify risks in the bank’s compliance program
  • Implement best practices to reduce risks in the most common problem areas
  • Understand revisions to the Community Reinvestment Act
