Policy
Registration
fee minus a $75 processing fee will be refunded if cancellation is
received by March 30. 50% refund from April 1 to May 17. No refunds
after May 17. Substitutions welcomed. Substitutions can be made. All
substitutions will be assessed a $50 processing fee.
