The key to a successful bank application is the work done before filing with the agencies. This pre-forum workshop is specifically intended to help proposed banks get things right before filing so the approval process can go smoothly. In an intense three-hour session, senior representatives of state and federal bank regulatory agencies assisted by Carpenter & Company will focus on what makes a compelling de novo bank application, as well as common mistakes and how to avoid them. Topics covered include the management team and board, business plan, compensation and capitalization.
