During this interactive session, you will be assigned to a 10-member board of directors of a fictitious bank. A case study based upon multiple real-life challenges of bank boards will be presented with situations requiring each board to examine the facts and determine a course of action. With the counsel of our facilitators, one mock board will re-enact their deliberations and other boards will have a chance to comment, ask questions and explain their board’s decisions.
