Registrants for the Full Guest Program are welcome at all sessions except for the Peer Exchange Sessions. Italics indicate events that require a separate fee.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received by February 14, 2008 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Registrations received from February 15 to February 27, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds available after February 27. Substitutions welcomed.

Monday Guest Program Options 
Full guest program registrants only. Make your selection on the registration form. All activities will be held at the Fairmont Orchid

Following a continental breakfast at the hotel, Full Guest Registrants may select one of the activities below or you may join our registrants at the sessions (see Conference Highlights for session details.)  Following the activity, all Full Guest Registrants will meet for lunch, hosted by the 2008 Guest Committee.

“ Paradise Within” Wellness Rituals

Find your “Paradise Within” through a series of rituals that will bring you balance (“pono”) and unity (“lokahi”) within your spirit, body and mind. Four seasoned therapists and instructors come together to offer a stimulating program of Hawaiian chant, healing arts and Hawaiian massage technique, yoga, meditation, rhythmic breathing, self-acupressure massage and herbal healing. Plus, there is a surprise gift you can take home with you!

Cooking Demonstration

The Fairmont Orchid’s Chef Team, led by Chef Stephen, will present an exciting cooking demonstration featuring healthy, island cuisine and products. This demo will include a Big Island local product review as well as a discussion of the relationship between the chef and the growers. The program will include a hands-on, interactive component for selected individuals as well as recipe packets and detailed information and product samples for all participants.

Lunch – Noon-2:00 pm

Following the morning activities, a wonderful lunch will be served in the Orchid Café. There will be drawings for gifts from the home state of each Committee member. Enjoy a delicious lunch and the chance to take a home a prize!
