The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act was the most far reaching financial reform legislation since 1933.  Recent industry projections estimate up to 5,000 pages of NEW regulations will be required to implement Dodd-Frank.  These new regulations and the changing governance, risk and compliance (“GRC”) environment associated with them will shape the face of banking well into the foreseeable future.  Our speaker will  provide a near real time view of how the regulators are interpreting the legislation and highlight new regulations applicable to community bankers as well as what to expect and when.
