Ric Carey is currently a Director at Peak Performance Consulting Group after spending over 40 years in the banking industry. He is a faculty member of the Graduate school of Banking in Colorado and has been a guest speaker at numerous conferences including WIB, BAI, SNL and the ABA. Mr. Carey spent his last 10 years in banking as EVP of Community Banking at Umpqua Bank which has been recognized worldwide for their innovation around a culture of service quality, unique branch designs, staffing models and marketing programs. During his tenure, Umpqua Bank grew from $1.5B in assets in 2003 to over $11B in 2013. Prior to Umpqua Bank, Mr. Carey held several senior level positions including marketing Director and Segment Manager for the Business Banking Group at Bank One, has been published in numerous publications, and has been a guest lecturer at multiple universities.Close
